In its early years, LADC was awarded year round contracts encompassing snow, turf, lot sweeping and irrigation. The vast majority of its work was, with national construction developers, servicing all fo their property portfolios. Since their holdings varied from high density households, offices and industrial parks; LADC's approach had to mold to each of these properties specific needs. Within 3 years, a national retailer invited LADC to bid, was ultimately awarded, and to this day, still servicing their properties in the upper midwest.
